A big "thank you" to Bowie for featuring my artwork on Print and Pattern! I am such a fan of her work and her blog--it is always a thrill to have my work featured!
And, speaking of Print and Pattern--I am super-excited to share with you these images from Print and Pattern 2, the newest book from the blog!! This book features some of my all-time favorite designers, so it is an honor to be featured alongside them in this beautiful collection!
My pages:

I am completely overjoyed by this! It is definitely one of the things that I am most proud of in my career.
I'm excited and honored to be featured today on Sew4Home, one of my all-time favorite sites! I've been working with Liz, the Senior Editor, for the last month, and I have loved every minute of it. Sew4Home is such a wonderful site, full of fabulous tutorials and sewing resources. The "Artist Trio" is a series of three posts, the first of which is an interview and it is on their site today. Later in the week, I'll have a guest tutorial. And later in the month, Free Spirit will be giving away some yardage of Silent Cinema!

Oh, I almost forgot! I've started a newsletter and the signup box is here on my website. Just enter your email address in the area in the left sidebar and you'll be all signed up! Thank you!
A big thank you to Print & Pattern, one of my all-time favorite sites, for featuring my Silent Cinema fabrics today!
I have long been a fan of this beautifully curated blog, which shares gorgeous design work from around the world. What a delight to have my work featured!
Also, a quick note to tell you that I now have a Facebook page where I'll be posting more frequent updates about my fabrics and my design work.
Quilters Newsletter has featured Wild World as a "Staff Pick" in the February/March issue!

This is a great issue of a really wonderful magazine. What a thrill to open this and see my fabrics featured so beautifully!

Thank you, Quilters Newsletter!
Exciting news! "Wild World" fabrics are featured in the newest edition of Mark Lipinski's Fabric Trends magazine!

A huge thank you to Mark, Donna Koenig and the entire team at Fabric Trends for the wonderful feature! It was a pleasure to work with all of you!
Fabric Trends features the newest fabrics, most of them before they have hit the market. In order to show quilt designs before the fabrics are available, they are featuring digital quilts. I am thrilled that I was asked to design a quilt featuring Wild World! It was a wonderful opportunity for me to share even more my ideas for these fabrics.

I can't say enough about how much I enjoyed this project. I worked in Adobe Illustrator to create the quilt. I tried several different quilt layouts, and I tried many, many different fabric combinations. I loved putting the fabrics together, coming up with the blocks, trying out different borders. It was immensely enjoyable work, and you can bet I'll be doing more of this for future collections!
Fabric Trends was also kind enough to do a Designer Profile on me. This was done in the form of a telephone interview with Mark Lipinski. I was instructed to call Mark to set up a time to do the interview and he was ready to do it right when I called--so I didn't even have time to get nervous. We just jumped right in. I had originally hoped for an email interview which would give me more time to think about my answers, but Mark was amazingly easy to talk to. The conversation was so relaxed and comfortable that by the time I hung up the phone, I felt like I had a new best friend!

Thank you, Fabric Trends, from the bottom of my heart!! It means so much to me to have my work showcased in your beautiful magazine!
And if any readers out there decide to make this quilt, you MUST share it with me!
Thank you, Kim, for featuring my booth in your amazing Quilt Market coverage! And thank you for the kind words about the collection and the booth. True Up has been SO supportive of my fabric from the very first collection and I am so thankful!
