A New Summer Dress!

This adorable dress comes from the Dolly Mixture Etsy shop--isn't it just the cutest??  Some gorgeous photos of this dress were added to my fabric Flickr pool and when I saw the pics I just knew one of my girls needed this!  The fabric is "Fireworks" from my Picnic Parade collection. I love the halter style and the cute little belt!

I found you after visiting Tracy's Pursuing Joy blog. I love the colorful dress, but the details are so precise! I actually have a doll that looks like yours, that I've had since a small child, 1972. You pull a string in the back and her eyes close and change colors. She was a favorite of mine when growing up, though I only had two outfits for her. I had no idea there was a newer model of her. You do a fantastic job making dresses for yours!
